All customers are required to pay for shipping unless otherwise provided by Havenly Creations Co. Shipping and packaging are expected to be sent out within *7-10 business days. We may send individual packaging depending on stock availability and will contact you via email regarding this. Packages will not be mailed out on Sundays. Once shipping is confirmed, an email with the tracking number will be provided. Risk of damaged or lost packages will be on the Buyers behalf and must contact the carrier. If you have not received your package within 10 days of purchasing, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Preorders and Made to Orders are an exception to this time frame. They will take up to 2-4weeks. If anything were to arise to change this time frame, we will contact you via email.
All products -excluding accessories, swimwear, and handmade items- are accepted within 90 days of delivery date. All product must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed by the customer. If any goods are damaged or the incorrect size, exchanges are available upon confirmation from Havenly Creations Co.and must be emailed to email@example.com. Due to our cause, it is impossible to get a complete refund to customers. Therefore, refunds will not be excepted with Havenly. Exchanges will be provided with a Havenly Creations Gift Card via email.
