Face Lymphatic Drainage Tutorial: Step-by-Step with GloBrush™

Lymphatic brushing for the face is one of the simplest (and most effective!) ways to reduce puffiness, brighten skin, and keep your glow natural. Below is a step-by-step tutorial you can follow at home.

Step 1: Open the Terminus (Neck First)

  • Place your brush at the base of your neck.
  • Use gentle, overlapping sweeps downward toward your collarbone.
  • Think of this as “opening the drain” — it clears space for fluids from your face to flow freely.

Step 2: Clear the Offramp (Ears & Temples)

  • Starting at your jawline, sweep upward in front of your ears toward the temples.
  • Then sweep downward behind and below the ears back to the neck.
  • This clears congestion around the ears, jaw, and eyes.

Step 3: Sculpt the Jawline

  • Begin at the center of your chin.
  • Sweep outward along your jawline toward the ear.
  • Use short, overlapping strokes and add a gentle wiggle at the end of each stroke.

Step 4: Brighten the Eyes

  • From the bridge of the nose, sweep outward under the eye along the orbital bone to the temple.
  • Repeat above the eye, sweeping from brow to temple.
  • Use featherlight pressure — the skin around the eyes is delicate.

Step 5: Smooth the Forehead

  • Place your brush at the root of the nose and sweep upward to the hairline.
  • Sweep out and up along the brow bone toward the temples.
  • This relieves sinus pressure and smooths expression lines.

Step 6: Finishing Sweeps

  • Finish with long, outward strokes along the cheeks, jawline, and forehead.
  • Always bring your sweeps downward toward the terminus at the neck.
  • Close your eyes, relax your jaw, and breathe deeply as you finish.

Tips for Best Results

  • Use light pressure — you’re stretching the skin, not pressing deep.
  • Overlap your sweeps to create a “lymphatic waterfall,” always clearing the pathway below before moving upward.
  • Repeat daily for brighter, healthier skin and a calmer nervous system.

✨ That’s it! Just 5–10 minutes a day can help reduce puffiness, boost circulation, and give your skin a natural, sculpted glow.
